Transfer Agent
We are now a DTCC FAST participant agent. FAST is The Depository Trust Company's Fast Automated Securities Transfer service. What makes it fast and automated is that it does away with paperwork and paper securities almost completely, so that securities transfer agents can electronically provide custody, transfer, deposit and withdrawal services very quickly and efficiently.
EDGAR Agent
Empire Stock Transfer provides a full-service solution for all of your company’s SEC reporting requirements including XBRL in compliance with current SEC and U.S. GAAP Taxonomies. By using Empire Stock as your filing agent, your company does not need to buy software, continually hire and train new personnel or pay printers, accountants or consultants charging excessive fees.
Resident Agents
As a full service Nevada resident agent and incorporator, we offer the following to our clients:

As of January 1, 2009, all companies soliciting proxies under SEC rules were required to post Annual Meeting materials to the Internet and notify shareholders of their availability. We strongly recommend that our clients review all the options available to them.
